EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2008:
The UTU has negotiated a new eyeware agreement with General Vision Services (GVS). There is no longer a co-payment for an eye exam and the eyeware benefits, frame selection, store locations, etc. have increased.
By June 1, 2008 you should have received a complete list of store locations, benefit information and discount offers from GVS. If you did not receive this information, please call the UTU Office at (631) 661-3500 and request the mailing.
Select Vision World Stores are still excepting the plan, but confirmation of participation is required by calling the hotline number listed below.
Please use the GVS membership cards that are included in the mailing.
